Hi, there! My name is Brenda and this is the story of how counselling helped me to overcome some emotional difficulties I was experiencing. I was subjected to a lot of bullying as a child and this caused me to experience a lot of anxiety in later life. I struggled with this for many years until a friend suggested that I see a counsellor. The counsellor helped me to explore how I was feeling so I could come to terms with what had happened. I am now much happier. I decided to write this blog so I could help others.
